Is there such thing as a check guarantee program?

The answer is NO!  We like to guide MSB businesses through the right path and give them accurate information regardless of their selection.  Many check cashing software providers will utilize this mimic to get the business on board, but the reality is there is no check guarantee.   Let’s put an example into perspective, you can put several security cameras in your business and no matter on the security measures, there will always be a possibility of shoplifting.  The same rule applies to check cashing, no matter how much information you take in from the customer, there is always a chance of fraud but that is where we come in and give you state of the art tools to minimize and stop fraud with our 4D Approach.

EmagineNET Network is a nationwide network of check cashers that share relevant positive and negative company and customer data. EmagineNET Network Services are a set of real-time verification and data services that leverage this network to offer merchants an additional line of risk management tools. The services are designed to help merchants evaluate risk on companies and/or customers for whom local profiles do not exist. They also provide merchants with a check-cashing specific, real-time profile of specific company and customer on the EmagineNET Network.

What are network services are available and how can it help my business?

  • QuickConfirm Company: Provides a real-time check-cashing specific profile of companies whose checks have been cashed on the EmagineNET Network.
  • QuickConfirm Customer: Provides a real-time check-cashing specific profile of customers who have cashed checks on the EmagineNET Network.
  • QuickConfirm ID: Provides real-time verification of Texas ID/DL numbers against trusted sources.
  • QuickConfirm Phone Number: Provides real-time verification of company and customer phone number against trusted sources.
  • QuickConfirm Bank: Provides verification of key bank data such as routing number.

EmagineNET Network Services are designed from the ground up to provide independently owned check-cashers access to key information that helps them make an educated decision on a check from a new company or customer. Can I easily change network plans?

What is the decision engine and how can it help my business?

EmagineNET Decision Engine is a customizable, check-cashing specific decision engine that uses positive and negative factors to arrive at a numerical score that accurately reflects the risk on a transaction. This score is made available to merchants via the EmagineNET Decision Engine Services. The services allow merchants to develop and centrally implement an enterprise-wide strategy risk management for cashing checks.

EmagineNET Decision Engine Services are designed to provide multi-location check-cashers the ability to centrally manage risk. The services allow merchants to leverage the highly effective core decision engine and to add customized rules on top of it to tailor a policy that meets their specific needs and suits their risk tolerance. The services take decision making out of the hands of un-trained associates and enforce uniformity in check acceptance policy across all locations.

What type of payments do you accept?

You can pay for your QuickCheck software and subscription with a credit/debit card from VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express.  You can also pay with ACH from a checking account; this may take an extra day to process to verify the account.

What if I need a customized solution?

Does QuickCheck support multiple locations?

Absolutely!  QuickCheck software is scalable from 1 to 100s of locations and if you’re looking for no decision making solutions at the teller level, no worries at all; we have an enterprise version that allows back office and call centers to make the decisions for all your stores.  Get in touch with a Sales Rep to discuss further.

When do I start getting charged for my monthly plan?

We will charge any upfront fees at the time of purchase but we’ll always offer you 30 days free for the network plan you’ve selected.  EmagineNET bills your monthly subscription, the first of the month.

Does EmagineNET offer any software add-ons?

Of course!  Apart from the QuickCheck software and the network/verification plans available; we offer add on features such as online back up for $19/month/store, text alerts to verify checks on the go sent by your teller for $19/month/store, private network for multiple store owners wanting to monitor from one place for $49/month/store and electronic deposit services which can be quoted directly from our vendors.

Does the lease or purchase options include hardware?

No, QuickCheck lease or purchase options do not include the cost of hardware but our software is flexible and it may work with devices you already own.  Talk to our customer service team for more details.

What Operating Systems is EmagineNET QuickCheck compatible with?

QuickCheck can run on any Windows computer or laptop.  You can use Windows 7, 8 or 10.  We recommend Windows 10 since its the latest OS in the market and the most reliable when it comes to updates and support from Microsoft.  We also recommend an Intel Processor because it runs faster and at least 4GB of RAM, plus a minimum of 256GB in hard drive space.  Talk to our customer service team for more details.

I'm comfortable with my current check cashing software, is QuickCheck a better option for me?

Most people who switch to EmagineNET never look back.  Businesses love QuickCheck’s user-friendly and intuitive interface as well as the great features and the awesome support.  You really don’t have to take our word for it, try our software for 30 days.

Does QuickCheck work outside the United States?

EmagineNET QuickCheck can be used anywhere in the world, however, we only offer bank, phone, ID and network verification services for our US customers.  You can still use the software on a stand-alone plan and our team will still help you with support and training, we have agents in multiple languages.

I own a seasonal business. Can I cancel my monthly plan but still keep my data?

Of course! The awesome part about EmagineNET is that unlike other software companies that retain your data, our software is designed to ensure your data, which you’ve worked so hard to build stays with you at all times.  So if you have a seasonal business, like a tax or insurance business, you can run QuickCheck for as long as you need it and keep it offline or with a stand-alone plan for as long as you need.  Just give us a call, we’ll make sure to update your subscription instantly with no additional fees.

I have poor or no internet, can QuickCheck still work?

We highly recommend that you run QuickCheck with a stable internet connection, however, you can still run QuickCheck with no internet if need be; the only exception is that you will not be able to perform any verifications, updates or upgrades.  Some of our customers who have this issue, simply run QuickCheck on a stand-alone program.

Does EmagineNET offer onsite setup and training?

We understand you are business-savvy but perhaps not tech-savvy.  The good thing is that EmagineNET has made it simple to do setup and training remotely from anywhere in the world.  Our installation, setup, and training take literally minutes to complete and you don’t have to be tech-savvy, all you need is an internet connection to chat or talk to our support specialists.
