How to Lock Data?

 
EmagineNET QuickCheck keeps your data secured and encrypted to avoid anyone accessing without the software license. The data auto-locks while closing the software by going to Main Menu > Exit. If the software is not closed properly or forcibly closed, you must lock the data manually. Follow the next steps to lock your data, it’s very simple:

Open EmagineNET QuickCheck (skip if already open)
Select the Administration menu option
Go to Security Center
*Note: If there is data to be locked, you will see a red X under the Data Locking option

Click on Lock Data button
*Note: Allow the locking process to finish and once finished you should see a blue checkmark all across (i.e. Customer photos, check images, customer ID images, Misc images, etc.)

Click on OK on the bottom right to finish the process
*Note: Depending on how much data you have, this process may take anything from 20 seconds to 20 minutes, while this process is going, you must stay on this screen, you cannot use the software while this process is going.
