How to use the Loyalty Program?

The QuickCheck loyalty and raffle program are designed to increase customer retention and make your customers happy.  

Go to the menu > select Loyalty > click on Loyalty Program

  • Add a new Loyalty Program
  • Enter Name of Loyalty Program
  • Enter Description
  • Enter the Number of checks to win loyalty gift 
  • Add Program

*You may enroll customers on the final transaction screen by clicking on “enroll”, you may pick and choose who is eligible for that program. 

Once a customer meets the criteria to win the loyalty gift, you will get a message from QuickCheck at the time of completing the transaction that the customer is eligible for the loyalty gift and you may mark it as claim if the gift is awarded.  

How to use the Raffle Program?

Go to the menu > select Loyalty > click on Raffle Program

*Loyalty program must be added

  • Click on Generate Raffle Winner to generate a winner by start date and end date
  • Print customer profile to put on counter or window for notification purposes
  • Redeem now to mark it as redeemed  once its been rewarded
