Cashing a Check for Existing Company/Existing Customer

How to cash a check for an existing company and an existing customer?

Run the check through the check reader and follow the next steps:

  1. Once Routing and Account numbers are captured select Search Company with this Number.
  2. Step 1: Review the information from the existing company such as the check image (you may scan additional images, update company or re-scan check image). 
  3. Step 2: Review the company activity on the nationwide network or store network and re-verify the bank information if need be by clicking on “Re-Verify Bank Info” to see latest account status.
  4. Step 3: Select the customer and cross verify identity with picture on file.
  5. Click on Select Customer to go to Summary Screen.
  6. From the Summary Screen, you may review and update any details on the company or customer. 
  7. Once ready, click on Cash Check for this Customer.
  8. Review the EmagineNET Network OFAC/SDN Verification to ensure there are not matches
  9. Enter the amount and any other notes or special commission rate you may want to edit. 
  10. Complete transaction by clicking on “Complete Transaction”
    1. Note: You may cash more checks or charge other purchases, rescan check images, edit amount or check number, in addition to commission rates prior to completing transaction.
