Delete Data

 

EmagineNET QuickCheck gives you the ability to delete a company, customer or transaction.  To do this, follow the next steps:

• Open EmagineNET QuickCheck (skip if already open)
• Select the Administration menu option
• Go to Delete Data
  • From this step, you can delete any record (see below) by selecting the desired option and searching for record by any of the available criteria (i.e. Company No, Name of Company, Street, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Status, Commission Rate, Register date, Customer Name, DOB, Phone Number, Register date, SSN, Customer Address, Status, Transaction date, Check Number, Check Status, Min Fee, Max Fee, etc.)
    • • Company
        • Delete a specific company
        • Delete all companies that have not cashed a single check since the date you specify
        • Delete all companies that were registered before the date you specify and have cashed 0 checks
      • Customer
        • Delete a specific customer
        • Delete all customers that have not cashed a single check since the date you specify
        • Delete all customers that were registered before the date you specify and have cashed 0 checks
      • Transaction
        • Delete a specific transaction
        • Delete all transactions after the date you specify and before the date you specify
        • Delete all transactions for a specific company
        • Delete all transactions for a specific customer
• Once record comes up, click on “Delete Transaction” / “Delete Customer” / “Delete Company” button
• Select Yes to confirm you want to delete the record
• Click on OK once the record is deleted on the pop-up window
• Click OK on the bottom right to finish and exit Delete Data window

*Note: Be careful and ensure you are deleting the right company, customer or transaction.  Once you delete any of these, EmagineNET Technologies cannot recover them for you.  The delete option is permanent and not recoverable.
