Search Transactions

How to search for a transaction?

The search transaction functionality allows you to view and monitor transaction activity but more importantly update any information.  

  • Start by going to Search on your QuickCheck menu and click on Search Transaction
  • You may search for a transaction by any criteria available (i.e. date, amount, company name, customer name, even scan check, etc.) 

Once found you have the following options:

  • View transaction image
  • Transaction history

Once you select the transaction you have the ability to update:

  • Cashed check date
  • Check date
  • Check number
  • Check amount
  • Check commission
  • Check fees
  • Check net returned amount
  • Check notes
  • Mark it as NSF, fraud, stop payment, paid back or report a transaction as suspicious (SAR)
  • Print customer profile
  • View check image
  • Print transaction
  • Re-scan check image

Ensure that if you make any changes to the transaction, update the records during the update.
