How to update the license key?
In order to update the mandatory features of our software, you must update your license key on a monthly basis. This process can be done seamlessly through our portal and we advise to do it prior to the key being expired – if you wait for the key to expire, this process may take longer than expected.
- Go to Help on your menu
- Click on License Management
- Click on Update License
- Let the process run, it usually takes 5-7 minutes to complete, once completed, close the window and you have successfully updated license key.
