How to set or change commission rates?

  • To change commission rates in your QuickCheck Software go to Administration on the left menu.
  • Click on Update Application Information and select the Software Settings tab.
  • There are various ways to change your commission rates.  You can change the default commission rate or set up custom rates.
  • To change default commission, enter the desired value (i.e. 1.5) under “Default Commission (%)” and the commission type, (i.e. Percentage) whether is a percentage, flat or a custom rate.
  • Click on “Update” on the bottom right of the screen to save changes.

How to set up custom rates?

  • Select the option “setup custom rates”
  • EmagineNET QuickCheck gives you the ability to set up custom rates based on the amount range.
  • Start by entering the starting amount to ending amount (i.e. From $0 to $100)
  • Enter the value to charge for the initial specified value (i.e. 1)
  • Enter the type of value for the initial specified amount (i.e. $ or %)
  • Specify whether to give change back or not (i.e. Yes or No)
  • Click on Add when finished with the entry

*Note: Follow the same steps for other amounts after the set initial value.

**Note: If you make a mistake or need to delete an entry, click on Delete Last

  • Click on Save Changes when items are added and set.
  • Click on “Update” on the bottom right of the screen to save changes.

How to Change Existing Rates?

  • Select the option “Change Existing Rates”
  • This screen allows you to change the commission rates of existing customers with preset values.
  • Simply enter the commission type (i.e. percentage, flat or custom)
  • Enter the commission rate under “commission rate” (i.e. 1.5)

*Note: You have the option to apply this new rate even with the ones that have “individual” commission rates set by clicking on the checkbox labeled as “Change for all customers including the ones that have “individual” commission rates set. 

  • Click on OK when items are changed.
  • Click on “Update” on the bottom right of the screen to save changes.

How to Change a Customer’s Commission Rate?

This feature is available to enter a specific commission rate for an individual customer.

  • Go to Search on the left menu and click on Search Customer
  • Enter any information you have to find the customer (i.e. Name, phone number, address, etc.)
  • Once you find the customer, select customer and click on “select customer”
  • At this point, you’ll be on the Customer Details “summary” screen, click on the “Commission” tab
  • To change the customer’s commission click on “Change Customers’ Commission Rate” button
  • Select the change you want to make by either clicking on the option “Use Company Rate” which is the default rate or “Use Individual Rate” where you can enter a specific value (i.e. 1%, etc.).
  • Click “OK” to apply changes

How to Change a Company’s Commission Rate?

This feature is available to enter a specific commission rate for an individual company.

  • Go to Search on the left menu and click on Search Company
  • Enter any information you have to find the company (i.e. Name, phone number, address, etc.)
  • Once you find the company, select a company and click on “update”
  • Find the option “Commission Rate Source” and select the proper value (i.e. Percentage, custom, flat)
  • Enter the desired rate (i.e. 1.5, etc.)
  • Click on “Update” on the bottom left to apply changes
