How to deposit electronically?

In order to deposit checks electronically, you must be enrolled with an EmagineNET QuickCheck approved integrated vendor to deposit checks from the software. 

*You must get your credentials from the approved vendor and an EmagineNET QuickCheck representative must set the deposit account in the backend.  Contact us prior to using the feature.

Once the feature is setup successfully you may deposit checks the following way:

  • Go to Electronic Deposit option in the menu
  • Click on Quick Deposit
  • Enter the cutoff time
  • Confirm the amount and check the quantity 
  • Click deposit to send them through
  • You should get a confirmation telling you its been successfully deposited

*All checks must be scanned through the check reader correctly and check must be eligible for electronic deposit as per the banking requirements to send electronic thru QuickCheck software.  A report is available on your online portal access page granted by  EmagineNET.
