How to Search for a Company?

The search company functionality allows you to view and monitor company activity but more importantly update any information from a given entity.  

  • Start by going to Search on your QuickCheck menu and click on Search Company
  • You may search for a company by any criteria available (i.e. company name, address, phone number, registration date or even scanning a check from this company). 

Once found you have the following options:

  • View company’s reference check image
  • Scan additional reference check images
  • Rescan existing reference check image
  • View company’s customers and their activity
  • Update company

When update a company, you may update the following:

  • Company routing and account number
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Company phone
  • Company status (i.e. Active, Do Not Accept)
  • Assign a type of commission (custom, percentage, flat)
  • Mark it as a special account (i.e. bypass warning policies)
  • Merge company with another
  • Change company limit (i.e. a type created under Administration > Update Profiles)
  • Report company as fraud
  • Print checklist and check images
  • Delete company (i.e. Deletes transactions and history associated with company)
  • List of all transactions
  • View customers and their IDs + Pictures (i.e. you may link, remove, view or update a customer from these tabs as well)
  • View reference check images (i.e. Scan new or rescan image)

Any changes you make to a company, ensure to update them by clicking on the bottom right button classified as “Update”
