Search Customer

How to search for a customer?

The search customer functionality allows you to view and monitor customer activity but more importantly update any information from a given entity.  

  • Start by going to Search on your QuickCheck menu and click on Search Customer
  • You may search for a customer by any criteria available (i.e. customer name, address, phone number, registration date or DOB, SSN and ID #). 

Once found you have the following options:

  • View customer’s picture
  • View last check activity
  • View customer information

Once you select the customer you have the ability to:

  • Update their general information
  • Update ID image
  • Update fingerprint
  • Update secondary ID images through excella or camera
  • Update Photo
  • Block customer
  • Mark customer as trusted (i.e. bypasses delimiting policies)
  • Merge customer with another
  • Enter notes for customer
  • Scan documents (i.e. Twain compatible scanner is required)
  • View list of all their transactions
  • View all transaction images 

Ensure that if you make any changes to the customer, update their records during each change.
